Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect information you give us in two ways:

• Address search. When you type an address into the search box, it is sent to our server to look up matching parcels in the public property appraiser roll. We do not require an account, and the search itself is not tied to your name or stored against an identity.
• Contact form. If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, topic, message, and phone number if you choose to provide one. We use this only to respond to you.

Our hosting provider also generates standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for every visit, the way essentially all websites do. We do not use this to build a profile of individual visitors.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it carries no advertising or marketing trackers.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It counts page views without setting cookies, without fingerprinting your device, and without following you to other websites, so there is no profile of you being built. If we ever add analytics that work differently, we will update this policy first.

How we use it

We use contact-form submissions to respond to your question or comment, and address-search input only to return matching property records to you. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties beyond the service providers described below.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site:

• Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the address search, stores contact-form submissions in its database, and provides the page-view analytics described above.
• Resend sends us the email alert telling us a contact form was submitted. The information you enter is passed to Resend in order to send that email.
• Google Fonts serves the typeface used on this site; loading it may share your IP address with Google under Google’s privacy policy.

Data retention

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, and afterward until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted through the contact form by reaching out through that same contact page.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and post the revised version here.
